Business Data Analyst L

The Opportunity:
The Registrar's Office within UCF's Student Success and Well-Being department is seeking a Business Data Analyst I. This position plans, develops, maintains, and supports operations related to the degree audit. This role ensures that curriculum and system requirements properly address the needs of end-users (students and advisors) while providing support in decision-making and planning for new or changing integrations and implementations.
Responsibilities:

• Provides basic functional application support and business analysis for the degree audit system.
• Implements advising solutions using the requirement builds for the degree audit and planner.
• Responsible for the monitoring and accuracy of undergraduate degree audits in consultation with college staff.
• Maintain records of audit versions.
• Support tracking of Civics Literacy Requirement as determined by Florida regulations.
• Update student records, respond to student and college inquiries regarding civic literacy.
• Make suggestions for improving system tracking of the many ways that requirements can be satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information
Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with higher education and specifically student degree progression.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft student records systems.
