Actalent Healthcare Services is hiring for an experienced Medical Assistant position in the North Dallas area!!!

Description:

Medical Assistant:

• Triage Medical Assistants handle inbound and outbound communications from patients
  • appointment scheduling, visit preparation, medication refills, and follow up care coordination
• Back office Medical Assistants duties include rooming patients, taking vitals, point of care testing, prepping rooms for procedures, updating medical history
• Schedule: Normal Monday - Friday business hours only - NO WEEKENDS!

Skills:

Certified Medical Assistant,

CRMA, Registered Medical Assistant

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant – must be current
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experienced in properly handling confidential and sensitive information; knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
• Experience with basic desktop software, medical practice management, and electronic medical record systems
