As a Junior Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events hosted by our company. Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and corporate gatherings.
Coordinate logistical details such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations.
Support the registration process by managing attendee lists, processing registrations, and responding to inquiries.
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration assistance, attendee guidance, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event experiences for attendees.
Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and contribute to the analysis of event success metrics.
Perform administrative tasks related to event planning, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing inventory.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
