Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and equipment rental.
- Provide on-site support during events, including registration assistance, directing guests, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Assist with managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, name tags, and promotional items.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to event planning and execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event management.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
