The Retail Event Assistant will use their outgoing personality, eagerness to learn and natural enthusiasm to assist the on-site event marketing and advertising team with all tasks involved in developing and executing our overall client marketing efforts. We are the liaison between clients and the community, building the bridge to generate customer retention, customer engagement and customer acquisition within a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute retail marketing advertising plans and operational functions to company standards
- Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to on-site event teams on behalf of management
- Execute retail presentation and fundraising directives and standards to event team members
- Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to the client, their products and their mission at the local events
- Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategy of all new clients the company acquires.
- Ensure highest level of retail customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
- Assist the event manager and advertising teams with any day to day administrative support as requires
