Employment Assessment and Training Manager (CRC)

Supervise and deliver Vocational Employment Assessments, Training and Related Employment Services to individuals with disabilities.

• Conduct facility and community based assessments to determine appropriate vocational goals., work readiness and support needs
• research, develop and implement novel assessments, training programs and counseling services using a person-centered approach
• Provide individual and group instruction to develop and enhance employability skills
• Network with business and social service partners to promote services and increase employment
• Supervise 1-2 individuals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counseling) required

Experience in training and counseling of individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired disabilities and/or those with similar barriers.

Must have a clean and valid NYS Drivers License.
