We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition and Training Development Administrator to manage all aspects of the recruitment, onboarding, and Training processes, on both a national and international scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an understanding of ideal skill set and background required for each open position and create job descriptions accordingly. Liaise with Hiring Managers to better define each role.
- Assist Global HR Director in determining appropriate compensation ranges based on applicable local markets.
- Develop and execute targeted position-specific search plans.
- Proactively source candidates and conduct employment advertising campaigns via websites, online job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.
- Review Resumes and CVs, conduct phone screens, utilize internal ATS to update candidate information, schedule and conduct interviews, and gather reference checks.
- Create, present, and negotiate employment offers.
- Review and revamp our New Hire Onboarding (NHO) processes.
- Local travel (Northeast) required to attend College Career Fairs and represent Amphenol RF.
- Meet with Hiring Managers regularly to provide job search updates, as well as advice and coaching.
- B.S. degree preferred but not required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Agency or Corporate Recruiting.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing corporate training programs.
- Tenacious self-starter that is organized, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience utilizing both traditional and next-gen recruiting methodologies.
- Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) of employment laws and fair hiring practices in accordance with designated region(s).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite and possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, and writing skills.
