Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute Email Marketing campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
- Create captivating content for emails, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate our brand message.
- Design visually appealing email templates and landing pages using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Email Marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Email Marketing, Content Creation, and e-commerce to continually improve campaign performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in Email Marketing and Content Creation, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce software, including Shopify, Recharge, and Okendo.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns and Content.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
