- Identifying and prospecting new customers in the Americas, focusing on airlines and heavy maintenance MROs.
- Developing and maintaining close relationships with customers in the region.
- Negotiating contract terms and ensuring continuous RFQ flow.
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to grow business opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Providing consultancy on complex matters and monitoring customer debt collection.
- Organizing and leading weekly sales team meetings.
- Reporting on budget performance and providing relevant market updates.
- Fulfilling yearly targets and completing tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales/Marketing in the Aviation industry.
- Strong network within the aviation industry, particularly with airlines and MROs in the Americas.
- Proven experience in aviation parts brokering.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluent in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Quantum and/or AMOS.
- Must be located in Miami/Broward counties or willing to relocate.
