Job Description
As the EHS Analyst, you will support the EHS Manager to ensure the company’s U.S. operations comply with OSHA and other regulatory agencies, company policies, and industry best practice. You will develop, monitor, and continuously improve the company’s EHS functions.
This is a 1-year contracted position with possibility for extension.
Responsibilities
- Recordkeeping
- Digitizing legacy records
- Data entry of current processes and programs
- Training records
- Chemical inventory
- Develop reports for EHS metrics
- Schedule drug screens, site specific training, and background checks
- Manage driver qualification
- Development of safety related training
- Coordinate the Waste Recycling program
- Keep the Environmental controls up to date
- Participate in External and Internal Audits
- Support the Operational Excellence program being the EHS representative
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is currently majoring in an Occupational Safety related field with a high level of organizational skills. You have a high level of integrity and can produce quality results with minimal oversight. You have team building and collaboration skills, can respond well under pressure, can multi-task, and manage multiple projects/deadlines. Ideally, you are someone who is proactive, empathetic, adaptable, positive and outgoing, can produce quality deliverables and display strong problem-solving skills.
