Ehs&S Partner, Digital Services (Partner Level)

ERM has an opportunity for an experienced market leader in Digital EHS and Sustainability Services to join our global firm as a Partner within our Digital Services business. Role Profile:
This is a key role in growing ERM's Digital Services offerings, with a primary focus on EHS&S Management Information Systems solutions sales, client account development, and project execution to deliver strategic value to our clients. As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for successfully selling and consulting on a range of EMIS projects to build a sustainable business locally, while networking with ERM's global Digital Services team to share best practices across the industry. We are seeking both established and emerging leaders who are interested in being part of this thriving global community - outstanding professionals who combine strong consulting and business development skills with a technical foundation to foster and expand a network of excellent Digital Services solutions client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the growth and development of ERM's global integrated solutions and actively collaborate with colleagues across the globe. Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM in the market.
• Develop and implement strategic business and action plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in the EMEA regions.
• As a senior "seller/doer," personally win new Digital Services engagements annually. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Develop and manage strategic EHS&S Management Information Systems programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues. Design and direct large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Serve as the billable Partner-in-Charge on sold engagements that require your skill set, or serve as a billable subject matter expert on other engagements that need your expertise.
• Leverage technical skills to help teams drive double-digit profitable growth across the Digital Services service lines (e.g. effectively working with key clients by assisting them with their EHS&S Management Information Systems software selection, implementation, system integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements).
• Lead, manage performance, inspire and mentor personnel for overall success of the team.
• Develop a working understanding of ERM's other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients. Support the general growth and development of ERM's international Digital Services area. Coordinate with ERM offices in the US, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related program.
• 15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS&S Management Information Systems and sustainable EHS programs. Possess a diverse client portfolio which includes clients from the oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, power, utilities, mining, hi-tech, or food and beverage markets.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in EHS&S Management Information Systems software solutions. Successful hands on experience with Enablon, Sphera, SAP, Intelex, Cority, or other related EHS&S software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHSM domains.
• Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.
• Ability to travel as needed.
