We are looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The Ecommerce Manager is the online store manager of multiple brands and responsible for delivering on the sales plan through partnership and collaboration with their brand-specific merchandising and marketing organizations. Key areas of focus in this role include owning the sales plan, merchandising, customer experience, and content execution for each of their brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the website, including content updates, promotion management, and merchandising
- Drive website usability improvements, including navigation, product ordering, product page optimization and other merchandising driven usability efforts
- Analyze business seasonality, report insights and identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability
- Provide data to brands to help them understand customer behavior and activity
- Actively look for and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience across digital vehicles
- Collaborate with counterparts over other brands to leverage best practices and drive continuity across brands
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 3-5 years in progressive ecommerce roles
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proven track record of site management
- Proactive leadership (read: hands-on execution of work)
- A keen ability to operate independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit
