FLSA Status: Salaried, exempt

Solstice Sleep is currently seeking an eCommerce Manager to develop a revenue plan that maximizes profitability of online sales. We need someone willing to be the brand's voice and manage the marketing budget to produce product-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral that will generate revenue and meet sales targets. Our ideal candidate will be out-going, creative, self-motivated, and driven to manage the business with a high sense of entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

• Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue and developing long-term relationships.
• Utilize marketing campaigns, ecommerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek out new business
• Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales and online marketing plans
• Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field of study
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
