Title: District Manager
Reports to: Regional Director
Location: REMOTE (must be based out of Long Island)

We'll want you to...
  • Build authentic, style-obsessed teams that follow the customer's lead and find the perfect style.
  • Embrace and sustain a personalized customer experience in each store that fuels loyalty.
  • Focus on the numbers to identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Curate a robust calendar of events that connect store and community and drive incremental traffic and sales.
  • Have a pipeline of smart, passionate brand enthusiasts who embrace our values.
  • Develop and retain talented Store Directors.
  • Create achievable goals and objectives that tie to our strategic initiatives and play to team strengths.
  • Employ situational leadership skills to align style with development level.
  • Push teams out of their comfort zones and away from consensus decision-making.
  • Dig in to determine why store strategies are not delivering and craft a plan to turn things around.
  • Establish visually stunning stores with impactful assortments.
  • Achieve payroll percent and ensure the right associates are in the right place at the right time.
  • Set a T+E budget that optimizes store visits.

Oh, and by the way, you...
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.
  • Have 4 or more years of multi-management experience with similar scope.
  • Have a voice, tailor your communication to the audience and write succinctly and professionally.
  • Are adept with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
  • Can travel to stores.
  • Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $151,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
