Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time dispatcher / administrative assistant for a local locksmith & security access control company.

• We are looking for someone who is focused, organized, friendly and driven.
• Candidate who has strong background working with service and installation companies.
• Some with great phone manners
• Some experience in customer service, word and excel preferred
• All applicants are required to pass a background check.

Job duties to include answering phones, typing work orders, dispatching techs, assisting with quoting, project management, scheduling, collections, invoicing and administrative support.
