We are seeking a full-time dispatcher / administrative assistant for a local locksmith & security access control company.
- We are looking for someone who is focused, organized, friendly and driven.
- Candidate who has strong background working with service and installation companies.
- Some with great phone manners
- Some experience in customer service, word and excel preferred
- All applicants are required to pass a background check.
Job duties to include answering phones, typing work orders, dispatching techs, assisting with quoting, project management, scheduling, collections, invoicing and administrative support.
