Shipping Dispatcher

Choice Stairways, the Mid-Atlantic's premier stair and rail manufacturer is looking for an experienced Shipping Dispatcher to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have a shipping background with a resume that proves they know logistics! The candidate will be responsible for dispatching 8, 28' box delivery trucks. Territory covered includes: Maryland, Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and North Carolina.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Incredibly strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent computer skills
• Familiar with DOT local laws and general industry requirements for proper transportation of products
• This is a full time position requiring the candidate to be in the office Monday - Friday from 7:30 am through 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
