As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions LLC Director of Pharmacy at River Vista Behavioral Health Hospital, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.
Schedule: This position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with on-call when the pharmacy is closed.
Pay Range: $150K-$166K annually based upon experience
About the Facility: River Vista Behavioral Health Hospital is a new 128-bed, Joint Commission accredited hospital that provides inpatient behavioral and mental health services for adults and children. This new facility is targeted to open in March of 2023. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy will be open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm and in the future potentially half days Saturday and Sunday depending on patient populace. The pharmacy will be utilizing COPE, HCS and Omnicell software.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Degree - Bachelor's or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Current California pharmacist license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent pharmacy management/supervisory experience
- At least 2 years recent hospital pharmacist experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other members of hospital and pharmacy staff
Hospital Requirements (may be required):
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- COVID Vaccine-Full (required)
