Position: Benefits Specialist
As a Benefits Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in remotely assisting union members to secure supplemental benefit plans, ensuring the well-being of their families beyond conventional coverage. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with new and existing clients, tailoring benefit plans to suit individual needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Customize benefit plans to meet clients' evolving needs
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Enroll union and association members in exclusive benefits programs
- Deliver attentive customer service and administrative support
- Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation, performing necessary updates
- Collaborate seamlessly with your team members
