Position Summary:
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for overseeing Infusion Pharmacy operations and clinical activities to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient care, while meeting regulatory and organizational policy compliance. Responsible for the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic plans, development, and growth. Provides leadership and oversight for training, education, and competency of pharmacy staff. Builds cohesive, service-oriented team through recruitment, training and development, engagement, and retention. Ensures compliance with all Federal and State regulations, and departmental policies. Develops and implements sustainable policies and procedures, provides oversight of payroll and scheduling, and provides staffing support as necessary. Provides leadership and oversight for medication safety and security. The Director of Infusion Pharmacy Services coordinates and administers the pharmacy quality assurance and quality control initiatives, as well as identifies opportunities to improve services through the use of technology and automation May serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge for the areas of oversight, as required.

Salary Range:
Annual RateMinimum$154,200.00 Midpoint$237,600.00 Maximum $321,000.00
