Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Creates annual operating plans that support the company's strategic, clinical and operating goals and objectives.
- Develops and monitors strategies which ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization.
- Identifies potential areas of geographic expansion through growth or acquisition.
Management and Administration
- Measures company's performance against company's strategy, goals and operational agenda to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Initiate, implement, and monitor activities to advance quality, improve customer service, and increase staff productivity.
- Provides strong leadership, team building and role modeling to all staff.
- Promotes an environment to ensure that all clinical services provided are in accordance with standards of practice and all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
- Ensures that the organization has the appropriate complement of trained clinical and administrative staff to ensure that its vision and objectives can be accomplished.
- Creates and maintains a structure which ensures that operating plans approved by the physicians/owners are implemented and managed.
Accounting and Finance
- Assures that effective financial controls are in place and maintained in order to ensure the safety and stability of company assets.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of annual operating budgets that are submitted to the physicians/owners.
- In conjunction with the practice administrator continually seeks opportunities to identify and enhance product and service offerings in order to enhance overall company profitability.
Ambulatory Surgical Center
- Partner with the ASC manager to ensure that all services provided are in accordance with standards of practice and all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
- Creates and maintains a structure which ensures that operating plans approved by the physicians/owners are implemented.
- Monitor operational and financial budget metrics with approval from physician leaders/owners.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Education:
- Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Senior management and Operational management: 5 years (Preferred)
