SalaryDordick Law Corporation, a plaintiffs' civil litigation law firm, is seeking a Digital Records Assistant to implement our records management and retention system. The primary responsibility of the position will be to process and retain firm records consistent with internal policies, statutory requirements, and State Bar regulations. This is a fully onsite position; remote and hybrid options are not available for this position.
Description
The Digital Records Assistant will be responsible for processing and organizing a variety of case-related records, and for the proper handling, care, storage, preservation, and tracking of the same. The Digital Records Assistant will learn and use various software to digitalize paper records and complete other routine processes with the goal of making all records accessible, organized, and ready for others to work with.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise discretion, stay organized among competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively with staff and external stakeholders.
Other Key Qualifications:
- Prior records management experience
- Strong tech skills and experience with CMS, Sharepoint, and other record management systems.
- Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn firm-specific software and processes
- Experience with industry-standard software suites as appropriate to assigned duties

$60,000 - $75,000 per year
