We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various medical office tasks. Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing patient records
- Greet patients, collect medical history, and prepare them for examinations or procedures
- Update electronic Medical Records
-Scan and upload documents to the patients medical record
-Run audit reports for nursing staff
-Prepare Records for patient requests
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and electronic health records systems
- Ability to accurately collect patient information and perform basic medical procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients' needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
