Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

We are looking for a T-shaped marketer who possesses both broad knowledge across various disciplines and deep expertise in the areas of Email and SMS marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing:
• - Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, drive conversions, and grow our subscription program.
• - Segment email lists and personalize messaging to deliver relevant content to different audience segments.
• - Monitor email performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• SMS Marketing:
• - Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote special offers, drive sales and subscriptions.
• - Ensure compliance with SMS marketing regulations and best practices.
• - Analyze SMS campaign performance and iterate on messaging to improve results.

Subscription Management:- Collaborate with the Director of eCommerce, DTC and eCommerce Manager to develop and execute on strategies to grow our subscription programs by increasing sign-ups, AOV, and retention rates.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the subscription experience and address customer feedback.- Analyze subscription metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on executing eCommerce Email and SMS programs is a must.
• Broad knowledge across various marketing disciplines desired.
• Proven track record of driving results through Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Klaviyo is required.
• Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, Recharge and GA4 is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and best practices.
• Experience with subscription-based business models is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
