Directly involved in the support, enhancement, and operation of the Bank’s Digital Banking and Account Services. Provide consistent, superb customer service while resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Work closely with management and vendors for continued success of the Bank. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new processes and products as technology evolves.

Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organized, and provide superb customer service. Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily duties required. Strong problem- solving skills and ability to work as a team. Must take initiative and be able to recognize opportunities to assist the department.
Education/Experience:
College hours preferred or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of banking experience preferred. Bookkeeping or similar experience a plus.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and analyze reports, legal documents, policies, procedures, and regulations. Must have the ability to respond and communicate effectively to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, shareholders, Board of Directors, members of the community and others.
Math Ability:
Must have the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
The individual must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Power Point, and Social Media sites. Website design/maintenance experience a plus.
