Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Responsible for customer service in person and telephonically. Computer data entry. Appointment scheduling. Appropriate handling of patient payments. Special projects as assigned. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
