Job Overview
In alignment with our company's strategic marketing vision led by the Director of Marketing, we are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in promoting brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting our franchisees' marketing efforts across the world. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, create captivating media for international distribution, and provide marketing support to our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize the company's social media accounts. Develop and execute social media strategies that increase engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness. Monitor social media trends and leverage them to benefit the brand.
• Content Creation for International Distribution: Design and produce diverse media content, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and written content that caters to international and/or local markets. Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and message, adapting for local relevance as necessary.
• Develop Executable Strategy for Franchisees: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be pivotal in developing content for campaigns in which franchisees can effectively execute. Specifically, providing resources to help franchisees grow their local markets.
• General Marketing: Pickleball Kingdom is growing at an unprecedented rate. Success in this position requires flexibility in adjusting to various marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field desired.
• Exceptional skills in video editing and graphic design, capable of creating compelling content that is optimized for driving consumer engagement.
• Proven experience leading Digital Marketing and/or social media campaigns that resulted in measurable success.
• Proficiency using video editing software. (Ex: Adobe Premier or Davinci Resolve)
• Proficiency using social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms. (Ex: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Plannable)
• Proficiency using graphic design tools. (Ex: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a growing team that is shaping the industry of pickleball and sports.
