Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist patients with a friendly demeanor
· Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
· Handle phone inquiries and provide information
· Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks
· Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
· Previous experience in dental front desk role preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
· Proficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Curve)
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
