SalaryResponsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims - Collect and process payments from patients - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Ensure the reception area is clean and organized Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology - Proficiency in using office systems and software such as Eaglesoft or eClinicalWorks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
