SalaryWe are a small but busy private, general dentistry practice looking to hire a Front Desk Coordinator with RDA qualifications. The majority of your time (~95%) will be working the front desk, and the remainder will be assisting when someone is sick or a procedure runs over. The entire office (from doctor to hygienist) is cross-trained, so we are looking for someone who can add to the team in all areas with a focus on providing exceptional service at the front desk as the face of the office.
Dental Front Desk Responsibilities:
1. Patient Reception: Greet patients and offer a positive experience, from their first call to follow-up care.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage schedules, confirmations and follow-ups.
3. Discuss Finances: Present treatment plans and answer questions to ensure realistic expectations and positive service delivery.
Office Hours : Mon/Wed/Fri 8-5 with a one hour lunch.
** Open to an additional day, a Tuesday or Thursday, to perform additional administrative duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
