We have been serving the entire Nashville and Middle Tennessee community since 1983. We have two wonderful doctors, Dr. Joel Gluck and Dr. Jono Gluck. Position Available: Scheduling/Benefits Coordinator (Full-Time)

What are we are looking for: We are looking for a GIVING, TEAM-ORIENTED person with plenty of experience working together with others. Someone who shares the passion, vision, and values of our practice. A positive-energy, dependable, relationship building, marketing and referral minded, articulate and focused individual in pursuit of a career in orthodontics with us. A true professional with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy (practice management software, Microsoft Office suite), works both independently and as part of a team. Overall, someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor. Someone who comes to work every day with a smile on their face, uplifts our team, and helps us grow.

Job Description and Duties includes (but not limited to):

Provide Legendary Customer Service to fellow team members, patients, and their family.

Answer phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting guests with energy, enthusiasm, and kindness.

Onboarding and creating connections with new patients.

Performing friendly and professional communication via the phone, email, and texting

Work with our Financial Coordinator on patient insurance submission and tracking.

Ability to adapt quickly in various circumstances
