Salary- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with patients and providers
- Collect and update patient information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service
-Assist with treatment coordination, explaining procedures, fees and insurance coverage to patients as well as collecting payments and copayments per our office policy
- Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft to input and retrieve patient data and filing and posting all insurance claims in a timely manner
-Previous experience in a dental front office is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
