SalaryKalamazoo Family Smiles is looking to expand our Front Desk team by adding a full-time Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator. As we are a fast-paced dental practice, candidates must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic. Organization and multitasking are essential. Working knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to-
- Warmly greeting patients, in-person and on the telephone
- Checking patients in and out, entering/receiving paperwork and information
- Verifying and entering insurance coverage and eligibility
- Booking/rescheduling appointments
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Providing and reviewing accurate treatment estimates to patients
- Answering multi-line telephones
- Collecting patient copayments after completed treatment
- Filling schedule when cancellations occur
Hourly pay rate will depend on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
