We are seeking a kind and professional Patient Coordinator to join our growing team! Applicants with a clinical dental background are encouraged to apply~
Need flexibility? Our team works a 4 day work week. This position will consist of 2 morning and 2 afternoon shifts.
● Morning shift example: 6:30 am- 2 pm
● Afternoon shift example: 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm
As a Patient Coordinator on our team, you will:
- Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy
- and professionalism
- Greet and welcome patients to the practice
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients
- Complete various other office tasks as needed
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of proven experience in a dental office (strongly preferred, but not required)
- A 5-star service approach to patient care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a big plus!
