• Acute Rehab Unit (ARU)
• Float Pool
• Med/Surg

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations to pinpoint their requirements accurately.
• Execute suitable nursing measures tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families throughout their rehabilitation process and prior to discharge.
• Provide customized care aligned with the patient's age and medical condition.
• Foster effective collaboration with various members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate actively in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI) endeavors.
• Foster positive relationships with all involved stakeholders.
• Champion the rehabilitation nursing ethos and professional scope.
• Engage proactively in team meetings.
• Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of medical necessity in patient records.
• Supervise the development and revisions of Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
• Conduct Quality Improvement (QI) assessments promptly and meticulously.
• Uphold safety standards to create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Exemplify professional leadership and serve as a model within the hospital setting.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Idaho
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Current BLS certification
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
