Pinky Promise Pediatric Dentistry, a cutting-edge pediatric dental practice recently established in Naperville, is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual with a warm and charismatic personality to join our administrative team as our Patient Care Coordinator. Candidate must have at least 1 year of recent dental administrative/front office experience and intermediate-expert level knowledge of accounts receivables processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of patient communications
- Efficiently collect payments
- Review treatment estimates
- Verify dental insurance coverage
- Accurately post insurance payments
- Assist with monthly accounts receivables processing and outstanding claim follow-ups
- Make unscheduled treatment and recare calls
- Take photos of patients and families & post content to our social media stories
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Office Manager and Doctor
Office Hours:
- Mondays & Thursdays: 7:30 am - 5pm
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays : 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Requirements:
- High level customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous Dental Office Admin experience and basic dental insurance knowledge is REQUIRED.
- Unqualified candidates will not be considered.
Salary - Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
