Experienced, full-time Dental Front Desk/Insurance Coordinatorwith a minimum of 2-3 years dental insurance experience needed for Dr. Aparna Menon's fee-for-service, private in Lincroft, NJ. We have an outstanding office culture and our team is ready to welcome you in joining us! We are searching for an enthusiastic team player to assume this role, where you will participate in general front desk duties, as well as, oversee claim submissions, insurance payment processing, follow up on outstanding claims and monthly patient billing.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
Skills:
-2-3 years dental experience with dental claims submissions, attachments, narratives, payment processing, correct adjustments, claim follow up and patient accounts receivable billing
- Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of office procedures
- Experience providing dental administrative support in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in using Dentrix software
