Job Description
· Assist the General Manager, Security Director, and DCCA staff, in all aspects dealing with the operation of the DCCA;
· Greet property owners, contractors, and general public;
· Answer all incoming calls. Continuously keep up with emails throughout the day.
· Keep account of all funds received on a daily basis and secure in the safe;
· Maintain accurate property owner records, and update homeowner databases (OnSolve, GateAccess, SimLiv, etc.) accordingly;
· Invoice Contract Services and Golf Cart Rental providers.
· Monitor Dry Storage for compliance with annual contracts and assign spaces.
· Mail Welcome Packages to new property owners and issue them a PIN for the website;
· Manage the security software system for the community;
· Keep records of property owner and Commercial vehicle registrations, driver’s license numbers for the issuance of entry passes;
· Assist in coordination and preparation of special events as necessary;
· Order office supplies and store them accordingly;
· Maintain office common areas (kitchen, conference room, copy room, etc.)

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:· Must have excellent people skills
· Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
· Minimum five years experience in clerical/administrative field
· Strong organizational skills
· High School Graduate

· Able to lift and transport weights up to 15 pounds

· Bending, stooping, twisting
· Reaching above and/or below shoulder
· Continuous manipulation of hands/wrists in typing, affixing and removing vehicle decals
WORKING CONDITIONSOccasional work beyond the traditional office hours may be required in support of meeting and unscheduled events, particularly when emergencies arise.
