Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a Part Time position in our Bluffton, SC office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Calculate Member Payroll and create checks on Quick Books Online.
- Invoice through Quick Books Online.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare acknowledgement letters, and other documents when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google and Quick Books Online
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
