About the Position
As a Client Relationship Associate, you will work to create and deliver a consistent client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. Associate will consistently follow high standards of professional ethics, and legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Client Onboarding, maintenance, and updates
- Follow the Benzer Process to connect and onboard prospective clients
- Prepare proposals and guide prospective clients through the Benzer Process
- Manage Client Onboarding, maintenance, and updates process
- Follow the Benzer Model to set up and update client profiles and financial lives
- Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients and associates as needed
- Support branding and marketing initiatives including print, video & online
- Meeting preparations and follow-up (Pre & Post meeting)
- Meeting Summaries (Mind map, Asset-Map, Financial Profiling)
- CRM & Data Management
- Daily reporting and monitoring
Email, correspondence, and Calendar Management
- Client and third-party communication/coordination
- Work alongside the Associates to manage the flow of activities
- Work alongside Planner, Service Manager, and Tax Advisor to implement strategies
- Recognize, prioritize, and manage communication with various parties
Client and Client Account Management
- Custodial Work, Client Account and Request Management
- Forms and application management Rollover and transfer management
- Proposal
- Follow the Benzer Model to set up and update client profiles and financial lives
- Insurance Support and Underwriting Monitoring
- Respond to ad hoc requests, coordinate/track projects
- Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients
Additional projects as needed or proposed
About You
Education and Experience We Value:
Prior experience with a Financial Advisory practice is required
FPQP Registered or Enrolled in the CFP Program will be favorably considered
Proficient and comfortable with digital tools, onboarding, and servicing
Work history must include:
- Experience working with at least one custodian like Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, etc
- Experience working with at least one CRM for the financial services industry like Wealthbox, Redtail, Salesforce, etc
- Experience working with planning software like Emoney, MoneyguidePro, Naviplan, etc
- Experience following, improving, or creating workflows to manage the practice operations

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
