Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative assistance to the Management team, including managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
2. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Shipping schedules and Work Order creations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
