We currently have an opening in Florence, South Carolina for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff. The candidate should have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment as well as be organized, detailed oriented and have a strong work ethic. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Required skills include managing a multi-line phone system for a busy office, professionally greet and provide customer service to all callers and visitors, maintaining the calendar for conference room reservations and perform other administrative duties as assigned, requested or needed.
