We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team. As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to help them achieve those goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis for clients.
- Develop customized financial plans based on clients' needs and objectives.
- Provide advice on investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio management.
- Assist clients in managing their wealth, including tax planning, estate planning, and retirement planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and reviews.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide holistic financial solutions.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of wealth management principles and practices
- Proven experience in account management and portfolio management
- Familiarity with asset management techniques and strategies
- Understanding of tax implications related to financial planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear recommendations
- Proven track record of successful financial sales
- Knowledge of cash management techniques
- Proficiency in investment management software and tools

Education/Experience Requirements:
- College Degree
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of financial planning and/or investment management experience.
- CFP Designation preferred. Will consider candidates who have passed the CFP Exam and are in the process of completing the CFP experience requirement.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
