SalaryThe office manager will be responsible for handling Data Entry and book keeping office work for a couple of restaurants. The position will be at one location in an office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Handle daily schedule reconciliation
- Ensure food cost and labor costs are within budget
- Enter vendor invoices
- Learn the reporting software to pull reports
- Coordinate with accountant on items
- Handle daily sales entry's and forecasts per store
- Ensure store managers are depositing the correct amount in the banks
- Cost controls per store
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software. Ex: Microsoft office, Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred
