STATEMENT OF WORK:
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product data within out ERP system.
- Retrieving product information, certifications, and documentation from internal databases or external sources as needed.
- Reviewing product data and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
- Verifying the accuracy of source documents, processing them efficiently, and following up on any discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining product documentation in an organized and accessible manner, both electronically and physically.
- Maintain data and filing system for all accessory/import department documents which will include sensitive material such as individual supplier programs and related information, correspondence files, samples, customer product and competitor information.
- Upholding Data Entry standards and procedures.
- Supporting customer service inquiries as needed and promptly reporting any data issues to management.
- Back-up office reception when needed, answer and direct incoming phone calls and visitors.
- Responsible for following departmental procedures and work instructions and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Perform any other tasks or activity assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Data Entry Specialist Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Office Administration.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience using Oracle is preferred.
Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
