As the Data Entry Specialist, you will play an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care.

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Entering documented vendor information from duty sheets/notes into patient care software system
• Running and processing pre-billing reports: such as missed visit reports, unassigned vendor reports, unverified service report prior to billing
• Reviewing and identifying unmatched visit reports to ensure that all late visits are processed and billed
• Auditing duty sheets and making sure that hours correspond with hours billed by vendor
• Assisting with issues in billing: overbilling, double billing, outside of the auth billing
• Ensuring billing data verification prior to billing and makes sure that all HHA visits billed and entered are within the admission and discharge (in any) dates
• Participating in Performance Improvement projects
• Accepting and completing assignments as given within scheduled time frame; Must be able to manage time efficiently

• Maintains confidentiality of patients' records

What You Offer:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent Data Entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling highly sensitive documents and information
• Experience handling administrative tasks in an office environment
• Strong typing and computer literacy skills
• Experience with HHAeXchange and other patient care software systems preferred
• Although experience working in a healthcare facility is not required, we welcome that background
