Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scanning and Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately Scanning and entering various types of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Scan documents and records accurately and efficiently.
• Enter data into our databases with precision and attention to detail.
• Verify and correct any discrepancies in Data Entry.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining physical and digital files as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in typing and Data Entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with scanning equipment and software preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
