Basic Function:
Actively participates in the preparation and maintenance of price pages and related material for the Overseas Military Sales Corporation.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in the preparation and maintenance of the Pricing and Compatibility System tables using manufacturer’s specifications and pricing.
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the destination files.
- Assists in the maintenance of vehicle information for MCO’s – vehicle weight, horsepower/cylinder and cubic dimensions.
- Actively participates in the maintenance of EPA Fuel economy tables.
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the destination files.
- Assists in the maintenance of Automatic Fix-UP tables.
- Assists in re-pricing of stock units for stock lists.
- Assists in the preparation of department reports- Model offering lists, overseas destination summary, etc.
Personal Skills/Attributes/Qualifications:
- Complete understanding of manufacturer’s pricing and specifications; complete understanding of the Pricing and Compatibility System.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Good computer skills (MS office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and typing skills.
- Extremely organized and meticulous attention to detail.
Required Experience and Education:
- Prior work history in an environment emphasizing precise, accurate production and deadline-oriented output or college degree in a business-related field.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of a spreadsheet program, must have been obtained through recent usage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
