We are seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs.
Candidates must be physically located in the U.S.
Main tasks are:
- replying emails and chats,
- shipping promotional material and welcome gifts to customers using USPS
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.
