The Customer Support Specialist is responsible in handling administrative tasks and account management (for Booking.com hosts). We need fast, accurate and specialized members. It is mandatory to pass a short trial test / finish a task, that could last between 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension to up to 1 week, if the candidate is involved in other projects, or not available to start immediately.
