Job Summary
The Call Center Support Staff receives requests in an inbound call center environment.
This is a remote, permanent shift, part-time position after training Tuesday - Friday 12 pm-5 pm PST Saturday 7 am -3 pm PST.
Customer service requests may include answering general questions, assisting customers in navigating through purchasing options and managing online accounts.
Essential Functions
- Process both phone and ticket requests from customers navigating several entry level employment testing and licensure web based exams.
- Process customer service request as primary Call Center Support Staff.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all candidates/customers.
- Handle inbound customer service requests via #866 phone line and email communications.
- Process customer service requests through ticket system according to policy and procedures.
- Provide technical documentation according to mandatory processes.
- Suggest revisions and updates to application websites.
Experience and Qualifications
- High level of customer service skills.
- Effective communicator in both speech and writing; strong listening skills with a customer-service focus.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer errors
- Knowledge of common desktop operating systems and browsers.
- Self-motivated, professional individual needing minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with team members to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a customer-oriented environment.

Work Environment:
This role regularly uses computers. Remote work based on Pacific Standard Time.
